I am writing this testimonial for these great folks with “Let’s Dance Austin” that set up an outdoor stage, complete with lighting, microphones, monitors, speakers and a state of the art PA system.

The dance floor is plenty large to accommodate great dancing in your back yard, parking lot, or practically any community gathering spot. They have a fantastic sound system that is crisp and clean to the ears and is professionally run with some real nice people. Their prices are competitive and the service is personal one on one to meet specific needs you may have for your next outdoor event featuring live music and dancing.

I had my 3 day Grand Re-Opening at Giddy Ups in my front parking lot with 22 bands and this crew did the complete outside set up of stage, lighting, dance floor, and sound system. They were courteous, professional, listened to the needs of each of the musicians, set the sound and made corrections as needed with an attitude “we are here for you and want you to have a good time and sound good”.

For my 3 day event they set up on time and broke down each evening all of the sound equipment. When my grand opening ended on the third day, they were timely in breaking down the entire stage and dance floor. They are careful in how everything is presented and made my event fantastic with seamless professional work and fun.

I heartily give two thumbs up for “Let’s Dance Austin” for any outdoor event you want to host with live music and a dance floor.

Earlier this year, my band played at an event where “Let’s Dance” provided services including a sound system, stage, stage lighting and a portable hardwood dance floor. The event featured numerous other bands and was successful in large part due to Tim Williams, the sound engineer and his production efforts.

“Let’s Dance” will be offering services to make special events successful. Based on my experience at the musical event this year and in several meetings with Mike Davis, (one of the owners) including one occasion when he videotaped and recorded my band during a live show, I can recommend his event services.

I wanted something special for my mom’s birthday and asked Let’s Dance what they could do on a small budget. I was surprised how affordable they were. We had a small party and they brought out I think it was a 12’ X 12’ dance floor, two huge speakers and a box to plug in my IPhone for music. It was awesome.

This is just a note to acknowledge the excellent job the “Let’s Dance” team did for our Driftwood United Methodist Church “Mayfest 2014″. The “Let’s Dance” crew installed a large stage for use of the live bands playing at the Mayfest event. We decided the week before the event to use a “Let’s Dance” stage, as our pavilion did not yet have its own stage. The crew of Let’s Dance did a site survey, delivered and installed the stage and then, after the event, tore it down. The difference this stage made in the “feeling” of our event was amazing. We had four bands play during the festival.

The bands varied in size from 3 people to 9 people. Without this stage, it would have been like having the bands play on the floor in your living room – no “presence” and hard for everyone to see and enjoy them. With the “Let’s Dance” stage – it truly made the Mayfest, with its live bands, feel like the big event it was meant to be.

Everyone could see the bands better and the bands felt it was also much more of a big event, being up on this high quality stage.The team at Let’s Dance was very professional and they delivered a very high quality product. If we hadn’t already had our own PA and concrete floor – we would have ordered those services as well!! I would highly recommend them for your upcoming events!
