How about a Creole Inspired dinner or luncheon? We can start with the Louisiana favorite; Seafood Jambalaya with, of course, red beans and dirty rice or substitute the fish with roasted chicken or Andouille sausage. Throw on the sides of green beans with onions, Cajun spice baked whipped sweet potatoes with a pecan praline topping, the must have Cajun roasted diced eggplant and a tray of crawfish & green onion fritters for food fit for any backyard bayou.
Still hungry? Let’s add shrimp or crawfish etouffee, filet gumbo, boudin balls, fresh crab cakes with onion, jalapeno & spices served with house remoulade and fried capers and mouthwatering Shrimp Brochette – blackened bacon wrapped shrimp stuffed with jalapenos and Monterey jack cheese.
